偏远地区服务
当目的地或取件地属于偏远地区时，DHL将对每票快件收取附加费。偏远地区指岛屿和高原地区；或无法提供邮递服务的地区；或偏远、交通不便、服务较少的郊区/城镇。

承运范围内的危险品运输

超重货件
对于单件实重超过70公斤的货件需收取附加费用。

超长货件
对于单件任意一边的长度超过120公分或单件托盘底座长度超过120公分的货件需收取附加费用。
